Bandung’s Indian restaurant owner only uses Surti Buffalos for the beef dishes

Eddy Hidayatullah 0wns an Indian restaurant in the city of Bandung in Indonesia. Eddy is a firm believer of that excellent food at a fine restaurant must not cost a fortune.

Eddy writes on his blog that gone are the days when Indian food used to be synonymous with the chicken tikka, now it is more synonymous with beef tikka. Eddy writes that all of his beef comes from this particular animal husbandry (Ilmu Peternakan) that is popular for selling top quality Surati Buffalos. Eddy adds that it doesn’t mean that the chicken tikka is losing its popularity at the Indian restaurants, it is just not the only popular meal anymore.

Eddy believes that no matter how good of beef you use for making the beef biryani, it is never going to be as delicious or popular as the chicken biryani.

Eddy writes that it is a pity that some so-called Indian restaurants have been selling Non-Indian dishes disguised as the Indian dishes at their Indian restaurants in Indonesia. “These restaurants need to be uncovered and exposed”, Eddy says.

Eddy writes on his blog that the customers have lately gone too cautious about how the waiters treat them and the case is the same with the restaurants all over the world.

Eddy’s Indian restaurant used to have live ghazal music performers and live poetry in the restaurant but it was causing more harm than the good and hence Eddy once decided to stop it altogether.

Eddy says that his ultimate dream is to build the largest Maharaja theme Indian restaurant chain that will be spread all over the world.
